This approach emphasizes flexibility, hiring without geographical constraints, and investing in employee wellbeing in a Decentralized way rather a forced Centralized setup.

Supersight supports its consultants, partners, designers through project to project partnerships. A small percentage of it goes in building work Convenience/comfort for every P2P as per defined supersight standards. A 5-10% lumsum amount from every fee keeps getting Accumulated towards grooming of respective minisight’s. Supersight makes it for its partners at their point of comfort.
xsight will be Supersight’s future driven experience space to showcase work with no physical work capacity. Only for clients/ vendors and consultant to engage and connect/network and feel our USP.
We have now worked with close to 30+ clients with multiple projects in a short span of just 2 Years. Our scale of projects range from 1500sqft upto 50,000 sqft.
